Thanksgiving Host Basket Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally reside in Illinois. Participants must be able to pick up their prize by November 22, 2024. Participants must submit a request for a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and schedule a meeting with an agent from the C-U Home Team, Pathway Realty before the giveaway deadline. Employees of the C-U Home Team, their immediate family members, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on October 28, 2024, and ends on November 18, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete the following:

• Submit      a request for a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) through the designated C-U      Home Team landing page and schedule a meeting with a C-U Home Team agent.
• Only      one entry per person is allowed, regardless of the number of CMA requests      submitted.

4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a Thanksgiving Basket, which includes a variety of Thanksgiving-themed items curated for hosting a holiday meal. The total estimated retail value of the basket is $300.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around November 19, 2024. The winner will be notified via the email or phone number provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, another winner may be selected.

6. Prize Pickup:
The Thanksgiving Host Basket needs to be picked up from the C-U Home Team office by November 22, 2024. The prize can be picked up any time between 9:00am – 5:00pm central at 2105 North Dunlap Avenue, Champaign, Illinois 61820, United States. The winner must contact their agent prior to pickup. Any additional expenses related to claiming or using the prize, other than pickup, are the winner’s responsibility.

7. Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow C-U Home Team to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:

• C-U Home      Team reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any      fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the      integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
• C-U Home      Team reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be      tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability:
C-U Home Team is not responsible for any issues related to network, hardware, software, or other technical malfunctions. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless C-U Home Team, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability related to injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway.

10. Governing Law:
This giveaway is governed by and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Illinois.

11. Sponsor:
This giveaway is sponsored by C-U Home Team, located at 2105 North Dunlap Avenue, Champaign, Illinois 61820, United States. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any other entity.

12. Privacy:
Any information collected through this giveaway will be used only for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
