As the Director of Operations for the C-U Home Team, my responsibilities include transaction coordination, client care, office management, team care, talent recruitment and development… and so much more!  I previously spent 20 years in retail leadership. This experience both equipped me and affirmed in me the tremendous value of working alongside a great team. I am a servant leader by nature, so growing others is my true passion! Supporting my team in helping our clients achieve their real estate goals brings me the greatest joy!
